this Audition is Free and Open to the Public

the AUDITION will be a READ-THRU of the PLAY with the PUBLIC as CASTING DIRECTORS
We will attempt a Casual, Relaxed Event.
Actor/Auditionees will read multiple parts throughout the Audition/Read.
Attendees may perform All Roles: Actor, Audience, Auditionee, Auditioner, Casting Director, Member of the Public, etc.
The Public/Casting Directors will be given Forms/Ballots to make their Cast List.
The Form/Ballots will be tabulated.
The Actors will be Offered their Parts. They will have "a specified time" to Deliberate. We will then post the Cast List.

REHEARSALS will be broken into GROUP NIGHTS: Fairies, Lovers, Royals, Rude Mechanicals

You will be called to Rehearse ONE evening WEEKLY, And MONTHLY, ONE Week-End Day.
TELL ACE what consistent Weekly-Night you can rehearse, AND what MONTHLY Week-End day you are available.

IF you are Cast in MORE than One Group, there will more time asked of you...

PERFORMANCES

We will Perform Excerpts as Part of The Summer Of The Arts in Iowa City early in June, NOT All Actors Need Attend

Our Performances the Last Two Weeks of June will be in multiple Venues, including PUBLIC SPACE ONE (PS1)
